Payment
Cash, all major Credit/Debit Cards, e-Transfer are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are pre-payment in full.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice of any service/product can be sent within 24 hours of full payment. Notification in person, via email, messenger, mobile phone ‘text message’, which are accepted forms of notification. We reserve the right to a 25% of service/product cancellation fee to cover any inconvenience, loss of income due to subsequent appointments and subsequent administrative expenses.
Refund for Services provided
There is NO Refund for services that have been provided. Once a service has been provided, payment is non-refundable.
Termination of agreements and refunds
Both the Client and the Therapist, have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered. Any amount that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services with the appropriate cancellation and boundaries of the stated refund policy, shall be refunded.
